One of my least favorite things about Smash 5 is the powershielding. People are praising it saying it takes more skill or something? It literally lets you react AFTER you get hit I think it makes PS too easy and makes shield too good in general

Im more curious to see how this new powershield holds against strong smash attacks where you may either get punished for a shield drop by losing a stock early or having a broken shield. Moreso now that smashes can be held indefinitely.

It's like 5 seconds ish, and like halfway through the char goes completely stoic which is when I'm assuming it's full charge, I tried this in a FFA the other day, so you can hold a full charge smash attack for an extra 2 seconds or so
