@ghostcrawler with the constant nerfs to prep/readiness/alter time, maybe it's time you stopped putting cd reset abilities into the game

@Ghostcrawler@Divine_Namjoo I think these abilities work best the way Prep does. Only on utility and maybe defensive. DPS causes problems. -
@Ghostcrawler prep was never a huge problem till smoke B. readiness on the other hand has been broken since forever because it resets all. -
