@Ghostcrawler Are you going to post anything in-depth to explain the reasoning behind this Vengeance change?
Going to try Vengeance cap at 30% health (down from 100%) in 10s and 50% of health in 25s. This is a big change, so might be 5.4, not 5.3.

@Ghostcrawler change isn't gamebreaking for 25man. 400k vengeance is not 600k, but at 400k, dpsers still dont stand a chance -

@PennyRush@Ghostcrawler It's not hard to understand. It's primarily to discourage solo tanking bosses like Protectors for DPS.
