Not missing any point. You're taking a perspective you get from social media and are using that as a basis for opinion, which in the case runs counter to actual statistics. You lived in a highly undesireable neighborhood that I've never even considered reccomending. Then to the far flung burbs that have nothing remotely in common with SF.
