The milice of the @EmmanuelMacron regime, at 3am, hunt down, bludgeon, & shoot (with the notorious LBD-40) fleeing Algerians. Then, when the cameras arrive, the milice pretends to care about the injuries it inflicted.

Same in US but worse. Since around 2010-13 new US police policy is - after "shots fired" and unarmed person is dead, then they handcuff them and do partial CPR on chest, or have dog make certain person is dead first, if police canine unit used.
