tracer doesn’t counter brig but she definitely has the advantage in a one on one now

It's a skill-based matchup now, like with McCree. Tracer easily outranges brig now, can outdamage her reduced self healing, can one clip her shield, and can no longer be comboed after a stun (but still usually needs to recall if she gets hit by bash and/or whipshot).
