I have a '97 Mercury Mystique. Needs some repairs and has rust. It starts in 30 below Minnesota cold as long as it has a good battery. Battery is 1 year old. I drove it last winter til the snow got too deep on my street. Plow comes thru at 9am. I get home from work at 2am.
