Folks...T and Rex are still trying to work out big OIL and JV-DEVELOPMENT deals with Russia....he promised Putin, thru others, that he would lift sanctions at the outset, but was thwarted. He's trying to ignore Congress, to keep their deals alive! He's compromised!
