    I feature local/regional reporters on my show as much as possible. Their work is vital. Very glad to be able now to offer something more tangible: An annual $25,000 prize for coverage of state government.

    This incredible series was born as a local/regional piece. Then got the national attention it deserved.

    Saudia Arabia has been systematically spiriting its students out of the U.S. after they've been arrested for rape, manslaughter & other crimes. Literally, breaking their ankle bracelets & flying them out. What is the admin doing about it? Not much.

    Given how Trump has berated aides who focus on 2020 election security, Pence’s response is unsurprising. But for the record, how now joins Trump, Kushner, and Giuliani in either ignoring or dismissing a threat every (Trump-appointed) security official says is clear and present.

    Vice President Mike Pence refuses to answer if 1) he regrets using hacked emails during the 2016 campaign & 2) if he pledges not to do so in the next presidential campaign. He walked away upon attempted follow-up.
