  19. The order we are issuing: All healthcare procedures that do not require an overnight stay in a hospital can move forward. Dentists and veterinarians can also begin full steam ahead on May 1.

  20. On May 1, we will have a healthcare opening. Remember, we slowed non-essential procedures down b/c we needed to make sure: that we had enough ➡hospital beds ➡PPE ➡social distancing Again you've done a great job. The hospitals aren't full. But we still need more PPE.

  21. is also going to ramp up in May. Tier 1: Now, there are 900 volunteers. Tier 2: We're getting money to give to health depts. to hire more people b/c will be here for a while. Tier 3: A group that will be able to surge in if there are hotspots.
