While it's not as hot as yesterday, it's still warm and the heat could well be having an impact on older people in our communities. Please check in on vulnerable loved ones and ask them to keep curtains closed, stay hydrated and avoid being out in the hottest time of the day.

Our partners could have a health check, talk to HR, our Health & Wellbeing team, unions, peer to peer sup[port group as well as reps from West Midlands Police Club and Optima Health Care. As usual, there was stiff competition on the exercise bike and rowing machines. 2/2
