Personally, I think Ledger Nano guide would be good. Lower barrier for new folks vs Coldcard. Plus, can buy with cash at you local Beat Buy.

Setting up custom signet would be very useful for me as an instructor. I have been able to do regtest via bisq guide, but the custom signet guide that's out there (bitcoin dot it wiki) is a little over my head
