Dialogue with the subsidiary militias of UAE in Yemen won't work..
Yemeni legitimacy (as a constitutional, authority, and legal legitimacy) have to request to the UN Security Council to arrange a direct dialogue table between Yemen and UAE.

There are more warlords than citizens in Yemen.
The biggest culprits are Houthi militias who tried to topple the legally appointed President.
