    📅21 Sep: trucks carrying nutrition supplies arriving in through border crossing. The supplies are for pregnant/breastfeeding mothers & young children. Already 2 million boys & girls are suffering from malnutrition and need lifesaving support.

    What do we mean when we say ? We mean health facilities continue receiving life-saving supplies, so in get the medical care they urgently need. In Eastern Region, hospitals are receiving medical supplies & fuel to run generators as well.

    Aid actors are often asked to compromise on humanitarian principles, such as to provide conditional aid to achieve political goals. Assistance must be based on needs & be autonomous of objectives other than meeting them. Maintaining principled humanitarian action is essential.
