For 🇵🇷 to achieve true self-determination the words “Status Convention” must be substituted by the words “Constituent assembly” instead. Any less would leave us with no real sovereignty, a harsh reality that was made clear by the precedent established in the Sanchez Valle case.

How many times must Puerto Ricans tell you what they want for their future before you accept it? Look, I get it it … it sucks that they aren’t voting for your preferred option but at some point you need to accept that those who live in the island don’t share your dream.
