NumFOCUS has lots of grants available but I suspect they've been and gone. The PyDataLondon tickets don't offer self-select discounts though. From memory the grant/support programme links were on the main conference web page (they're not there now though). Sorry! /cc

Ian is correct, the deadline to apply for diversity scholarships to London was back in March so that we could give everyone plenty of notice. PyData conferences always offer Diversity Scholarships from NumFOCUS, and more depending on the number of sponsors.
