In effect, we do an annual crowdfunding campaign at the end of every year. While individual donations are incredibly generous, inspiring, and DO make a difference, the scale of what the crowd can do generally does not compare with the level of support corporations can provide.

Maybe internships or a certain number of hours per week would be an option for students where they are assigned certain tasks and issues. They could use this in their CV as valuable experience. I assume this could be even unpaid if they receive feedback and guidance along the way
