You shouldn't feel like you can't talk about your feelings though. Many folks have a secondary account where they "vent" their emotions that is separate from their art account. Maybe that could help? <3

He should vent and talk about his burdens to close friends and family. Those he knows for longer time and can trust their opinion and not sugarcoat him. Venting to the Community doesnt help at all imo.

Its never bad to talk about negative things. There are times that negative things need to be heard and said. You cant keep bottling these up, but if you have someone who will listen and someone who wont judge you. Lean on them. Its not weak to do so. it takes strength to do that.

A public twitter is just a really bad stage if you want to talk about personal things like that. For that one normally uses close friends, people you know - so when they respond, there is meaning in the response and you think about it afterwards. You don't get that here.
