This is a snapshot of the harassment experienced by physical scientists in the UK (with regards to sexual orientation and gender identity). For all of the deans, and heads, and vice chancellors: the percentage of harassment experienced by your students and staff should be zero.

The first one reads: Figure 7: Proportion of respondents who experienced exclusionary, intimidating, offensive or harassing behaviour because of their gender identity or sexual identity in the last 12 months, by gender
Man - 13 percent have
Non-binary - 32 percent have
Woman - 19 percent have.

The second is the same but dividing people in trans and cis:
Trans - 32 percent
Cis - 15 percent

The third one is the same but divided by sexual orientation.
Asexual - 15 percent have
Gay - 15 percent
Heterosexual- 10 percent have
Lesbian - 22 percent have
Bi/Pansexual - 18 percent have
Others - 27 percent
