    Question ✋ Do you push NuGet packages to with the dotnet or nuget CLI from your local machine (not CI/CD)? Why not use the web UI instead? I would love to know how you decide which tools to use for your workflow!

    .NET folks: how would you feel if instead of the current lowest-match/java-style dependency ranges, you could use NPM/Rust/etc style ranges that pick the *highest* compatible version? So <PackageReference ... Range=”^1.2.3" /> would pick the highest between 1.2.3 and 2.0.0.
