You don't deal with the one kind of harassment everyone talks about: DMCA Takedown abuse. You give random people the gavel and the rope for the guillotine. Or worse, conglomerates. You treat them as kings, and creators like nuisances or children.

You are rotten to the core because you sold your virtue for advertising revenue. You are all too willing to let ivory towers crush us to milk a quick buck. That "advertiser friendliness" is a metric we are told to observe says that we are not your best interest.

The slogan is "Broadcast Yourself", but if companies we've never heard of don't like the way we do so, you give them the rope to destroy us. And you give us nothing. Even if we had no intention of monetising our content, your system punishes us with the same crop.
