10% spike in BTC occurred hours before the Fidelity announcement: so there was clear insider trading and/or exchanges that were front-running their clients. In any other market the SEC would investigate & folks would end up in jail. Not in this crypto cesspool of manipulation

Actually, it occurred at the exact time that everyone was freaked out about USDT. This is not a 'theory'. This is an absolute fact which was observed by everyone in the crypto-community. People rushed to dump their USDT to buy BTC; thus pushing the price up.
