Surprise me that their GIS specialists didn’t do it before. As easy as making a point for every hit and then correlate with things like speed limit, street width, protections, visibility, etc

Whelp, my son saw my tweet and sent me 1/2 dozen data sources in a matter of minutes... So I'm pretty sure the data exists.
