A li’l quality-of-life update: Before, you had to be really precise with your cursor so menus wouldn’t disappear on you. Should feel much more polished now 🫡
Before today, Notion users had to be very precise with their mouse movements when opening menus. The left side shows the previous behavior, with the pop-up menu constantly disappearing. The right side shows the new behavior, which allows menus to open more smoothly and intuitively.

Just updated our embeds 🖼️ 2000+ apps are now supported, including some new ones, like Instagram!

Right now, our team is focused on big hairy projects: performance, offline, API... But as a small treat for dark mode devotees, we just added fine grained controls for your dark mode preference, both on desktop & mobile! 🌘 You can even mirror your system appearance, like this:
Changing dark mode preference from "light" to "use system settings" in the new "appearance" section of Settings & Members. Then the system dark mode setting is changed from light to dark, and the Notion app changes to dark mode automatically.

📣 Callout blocks just got a big upgrade! Now you can include any type of rich content you like inside Callouts: bullets, numbered lists, toggles, images, even databases. Just grab some content by the ⋮⋮ block handle to its left, then drag inside a Callout.
