Of course. Once discovered, I threw everything else out and have never looked back. I kept an old fresh press for times that I make large batches of Earl Grey Tea.

I just looked at a few pointers for it and it seems grind your beans coarse is a popular technique for it.
Quite a 180 from trying to get it as fine as possible to use on my micro filter
