Expressing your appreciation for your QA team is the most important thing you can do when you lack the power to improve their working conditions. QA thrives on what little attention or recognition we get for our work. Shine a little light.

QA are often underpaid and overworked. We're only brought up or recognized when something goes terribly wrong. A few years ago, there was what felt like a cold war between QA and the rest of development. That has slowly changed, and it's wonderful. We want to work together.

QA Folkx: - You're not "just a QA Tester". Stop introducing yourself that way. You're an important part of Game Dev doing hard work. - Take pride in your work. You're killing it. - Don't permit scapegoating. Problems are often systemic or fall on multiple people. Solve this.
