Try 40 mins and counting after getting the call back.. wtf is going on.. three days in a row now. I gave up the previous nights.

oof, that sounds rough I had to wait almost an hour to finally get a hold of someone - who was having computer issues. It wasn't their personal fault, and they did apologize - but their CS system sure leaves a lot to be desired
