@TeamYouTube On a video a15 second clip of a song caused my video to be blocked in all countries, yet I can’t find the song on YouTube or anything and the name is rather suspicious “Track 5” Then the artist was Dummy artist name UK, and I’m unsure what to do

To be honest, it doesn’t really, I have no way of contacting the artist or the licensor, and the name of the song flagged up literally isn’t the name of the song and I’m confused why it isn’t, and bigger videos over the 10000s use the same song but aren’t blocked
