      At last. I first started pushing this with governors more than a week ago. It needs a second component, an entity that can allocate and reallocate the equipment to states based on urgency of need

          Yes. You can identify a prior strategic leader or someone from the military that has lived through disasters and can help direct needs and supplies. Clearly Pence and/or Kushner are not the answer and cannot be trusted.
