Let’s not let Michael Stenger off the hook. The Senate Sergeant-at-Arms has taken his own oath. He is not Sergeant-at-Arms of the Republicans, butthe Senate. He should have rounded up the violators and first forced them back onto the floor, and if they resisted or went out again

The Dems didn't set the rules w/the ridiculously long days, therefore Republicans have no cause for complaint, they set the rules. If Dems stepped out, it was during the presentation of their side of the argument, and info they presumably already had.
