I am very disappointed in the way this is being handled. Being the dummy I am, I tried submitting my order multiple times, was charged multiple times, haven’t gotten any email confirmations, and now customer service is CLOSED. What a way to ruin my day and make me angry.

hi i have three of the SAME ORDER in my purchase history and it has been taken out of my account. I never got an email confirmation. What’s going on? Does this mean my order went thru 3 times?? Please help.
