Fact check Iran is allowed to enrich however not over 20% they way you asked question and replied it came over as Iran has to completely to stop enrichment which is not the What was agreed . Is that what President said Iran has to stop complete enrichment if so there is no deal .

Sanctions work only if U.S. allies also sanction, and they sanction because if not U.S. will sanction them too. Kerry preferred the limited JCPOA rather than going down this route.
