hmm we're *still* not sure if our mood stabilizer dose adjustment six months ago was a good idea or a bad idea, but it sure has meant a lot of sleepless nights lately

thanks! the new one "works" better than the old one, in that we have enough energy to do things

it's kind of a balance because the entire point of the medication is to reduce our creative energy (so we can sleep, among other things). it took a long time for us to understand that as desirable.
