i used to be very pro copyright but this Copilot stuff is making it very clear that, as an individual, I actually have basically no rights under copyright

copyright is a mechanism that people with power use to fuck over people without. it is a way to maintain hierarchies and must be destroyed.

i won't be waiving what rights i do hold over my code because at least by licensing it AGPL i can scare off larger companies. but i'll definitely be implementing anticorporate measures beyond that in the future

patents should be abolished with no replacement. trademarks are on *shaky* ground and seem like they're abused less but I've heard stories.
