seriously like afaik the hate for lindsay ellis comes cause she said (accurately) that a show was A:tLA inspired/influenced
it's weird to me that that's what everyone got mad about when she talked about shipping slaves w/ slavemasters and then didn't apologize for it at all like idk if she should be "cancelled" or w/e but that in and of itself is enough for me not to watch her shit anymore

For what it's worth, she did address it in her video (timestamped: https://youtu.be/C7aWz8q_IM4?t=1907 …). And while I think the read of "Lindsay ships slaves with slavemasters" is weird, she does acknowledge she shouldn't have tweeted it.
