More like the disease, mast cell activation syndrome
. Had an allergic reaction because office next door was spray painting and my breathing kinda stopped and started passing out. It’s a disease that makes me have allergic reactions to mundane things
Oh gosh, that's terrifying! My fiance has a similar thing (not MCAS but he gets severe allergic reactions to like, totally random stuff) and it's really scary :/

Oof, I understand. That truly sucks. Also knowing it might worsen and be aware that whatever I do I might need to plan an emergency room visit afterwards in case the reaction gets too bad to manage. Don’t have an epipen (yet) but knowing I might need one in the future is scary
