i hope they get sued tbh. they’d have a reasonable argument about not doing attribution because it’s just not possible, but refusing to release the model is just blatantly violating licenses on purpose
yeah i mean "sorry, i intentionally built my system so i can't comply with copyright" shouldn't be a valid defense but it's microsoft so who the fuck knows
