This is the sort of internal pushback I kept hearing ("X would be a terrible experience"), and then I would take out my Chromebook load X and just let the software speak for itself. X was almost always a popular app you would want to run on a desktop. The X people knew.

Yeah, I’m not criticizing the feature. There ARE good Android tablet apps. But way fewer than there should be. Seems like only the big names bother optimizing for large screens.

I think that Chromebook was a good incentive. Access to the Windows market will be the ultimate juicy carrot.

So when is Microsoft going to start seriously contributing back to the folks (e.g. http://anbox.io ) that actually pioneered these technologies?
