That doesn't really address the first case here, does it? When someone says "that's not very manly", etc, they're referring to societally enforced gender roles, not chromosomes.

They’re referring to sex-based stereotypes, the same stereotypes that gender theory supporters and TRAs adore.

Hmm. Nonsensical language aside (what is gender theory?), I don't think most trans people, or indeed most people with pro-trans opinions, have a particular affection for people putting expectations on others based on sex. I'd argue that the opposite is true, if anything.
