That doesn't really address the first case here, does it? When someone says "that's not very manly", etc, they're referring to societally enforced gender roles, not chromosomes.

Nothing about the various combinations of X and Y chromosomes makes anyone better or worse at activities, precludes specific fashion, hair growth and styles, manner of speech, adeptness at parenting, strength, job skills, or anything else that cultures use to define genders.
