The snipe-back is to unbreak GR within your hypothetical ;) I can also unbreak it with information theory by saying any strategy of multiple access at universal scale will instantly increase the SNR to be indiscernible from any other signal in the universe, thus returning to GR
It is interesting to think about subspace comms. But the universe is a big place! Unless there are commensurately many spatial dimensions usable to express the number of subchannels, we are then returned to the multiple access problem, noise, and again back to GR ;)
