I've just confirmed with O'Reilly - Programming Rust, 2nd Edition, is actually-for-real getting published as we speak. E-books should be available in a week or so, print editions in a few weeks. I hope you all enjoy!

Congrats!! It looks like the second edition is on O’Reilly Safari Books already, I’m pleasantly surprised and ready to give it a read over the weekend!
Enjoy! But do be careful, that might still be the early access edition. @jimblandy has done a hero's work correcting and clarifying things since that was put together.
