RCN in my area doesn't have _any option_ for >20Mbps up. Not even their gig plan. And I can't get a business plan because the area is designated residential.

You really fucked this one up, you know. I was happy to be a loyal RCN customer for coming up on a year, I like that you have no data caps and let me use my own equipment, but your network? 
The best the customer support could give me was "idk, I wish you had fiber." Do better.
