This enclosure is very much the exception. Having criss-crossed the city centre today everywhere else was doing what they needed to do to make customers feel at ease.

THIS is antisocial behaviour. Crust has obstructed the entire width of the pavement throughout the pandemic, with added sandwich boards on the (sloping) plastic pontoons, and aggressively refused to listen to any request for accessible space. Move the business to the pontoons.
