When KISS ME DEADLY ('55) was completed, the Catholic League of Decency awarded it a "Condemned" rating and against Robert Aldrich's wishes, the studio made the recommended cuts. As a result, there are two different endings. See the film Saturday and Sunday on #NoirAlley.
