Having a grand ol' time in Japan but jet lag is hitting me hard. Third night of barely antly sleep whatsoever and I'm genuinenly at my wits' end, its been headaches galore over here 🫠 any reccomendation for some kind of sleeping aid I can find in shops here would be welcome...
