1/2 But also, and to a not insignificant extent, science is also lagging behind expectations of solutions to global warming. The IPCC calendar is just a report of the things that should be done (we would like to do) but none of how things should be done.

2/2 Most energy sciences or energy storage science are also lagging behind the goals (expectations) required for 2030 or 2040, just to mention a few. And international ambiental policy in general is at odd of most of good science...
