Also grateful for all I unlearned in this time. This aspect of the adventure continues to unfold outside the monastic context, in solitary practice. I hope to share as much of it as possible.

One of my teachers would often reference Tao Yuanming's poem Returning Home: "My fields and gardens are choked with weeds. Why should I not return?" I'm grateful for each reminder to compassionately cultivate the various homes that sustain this practice, both inward & outward.
