Yes - In my experience, cohesion is present (embedded) in the moisture gradient itself, but that will vary from person to person.

Each category could be split further into subsets, but these are perhaps the most overarching experiential themes under which various sub-phenomenologies could be said to reside.

As I think you know, I’ve been doing a social/interpersonal noting practice. I tried to get folks excited about elemental noting. But many of the people are not quite Buddhist aligned, so it didn’t go. I’ve played with a solo elemental noting practice, though and I dig it!

Elemental practice is an all-time fave! Some especially insightful moments were had while doing so immersed in natural surrounds—misty forest mountains, dark lava caves, secluded lakesides, streams, and ocean shores. Also in the midst of embodied social circuitries.
