Not being able to go to the gym has given me a profound appreciation for the value of the humble push-up. 1) almost anywhere 2) good range of muscles, including core 3) many joints move 4) big surge in blood flow after 5) little prep needed 6) you can micro-dose through the day.

Burpees remind me of Buddhist prostrations. One monastery where I trained in S.Korea did 108 of these in rapid succession each morning at 3:30 am. Great way to start the day.
